Showing up ready to train
As trainers and strength and conditioning coaches, many of our clients too frequently are not in the proper mental mind set to get the most out of the 1hr or so they have with us. Oftentimes, it isn’t until you are 15 minutes into the session when they may begin to have the correct mental and physical focus to get the most out of the training session. Despite the majority, there are the few that show up ready to train – both physically and mentally. I love those guys! And some even bring the appropriate tools for the anticipated outcome of an intense and effective training session.
