Who is the IBBC?
IBBC stands for the International Bulgarian Bag Confederation and is the unique collaboration between Stephen Nave of Competitive Performance Strategies, Inc. and Ivan Ivanov of Suples, Ltd. The outstanding line of Suples training equipment merged with functional movement principles based in research, science, industry, and sport-specific applications have united in the IBBC’s respected ability to provides high quality education and support for Bulgarian Bag enthusiasts and athletes around the world.
In order to
