Leticia Ribeiro
Leticia Ribeiro is certified Bulgarian Bag BBS Instructor an a member of both the IBBC advisory board the IBBC ProTeam. She is one of the top female Jiu Jitsu competitors in the world. Leticia and I are working on Jiu Jitsu and fighter specific movements with the Bulgarian Bag. Soon we will be sharing these effective movements and workouts with everyone!

She is a multiple time World Champion as a black belt in both Gi and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, recently winning the 2010 No-Gi Jiu Jitsu World Championships and 2009 Gi Jiu Jitsu World Championships. A featherweight (under 141.0 lbs or -64 kg), she is considered one of the most technical instructors alive and is a 3nd degree black belt under Royler Gracie, having trained with him for over 14 years.
