A medium bag at 26 lbs. is plenty of weight for even a 180-200 lb. conditioned athlete! Here are some sample guidelines:
- Extra-Large Training Bag – 50 lbs.
Recommended for physically well-prepared athletes with good strength and conditioning. This bag is identified by its black straps. - Large Training Bag – 37 lbs.
Recommended for athletes up 210 to 250 lbs. This bag is identified by its silver straps. - Medium Training Bag – 26 lbs.
