What is BBS?
BBS is the Bulgarian Bag Specialist’s title granted to Bulgarian Bag teachers upon successful completion of the IBBC’s integrative certification program. The IBBC is committed to providing consistent instruction and education on the uses and benefits of training with the Bulgarian Bag though the BBS program. Our progressive and in-depth certificate program incorporates functional movement principles and applications to meet the varying demands of fitness enthusiasts, fitness educators, and athletes. The IBBC prides itself on producing BBS teachers that are the gold standard in the industry, thus, both our physical and mental criterion for passing this program is strict.
The BBS program guides our teachers through two distinct certification levels:
- BBS – Specialist: Basic and Advanced Bulgarian Bag Knowledge and Application
- BBS – Sport Specific Applications – coming soon!
