The IBBC BBS – Specialist Certification is an extensive look into everything Bulgarian Bag! You’ll learn over 50 exercises, warm ups and circuits. You’ll get a comprehensive understanding behind how the Bulgarian Bag really works, how to apply it for different goals, and how to design effective programs. This course will transform the way you think about training and will give you an insight into how the body adapts to the Bulgarian Bag.

Testing

• Physical performance exam
  • 10x10x10x5 >3:30 minutes
  • Men: 26 or 37 lb
  • Women: 17 or 26  lb

Continuing Education Credits:
The IBBC Bulgarian Bag Specialist Certification offers CEC’s and is endorsed by the following organizations:

• PTA Global: 16 CEC credits
• Register Of Exercise Professionals (REPs) in the UK. The course counts towards trainers continuing professional development credit points (CPD). REPs level 3 trainers will gain 16 CPD points on completion of the IBBC Bulgarian Bag Certification.

* All students must successfully pass the physical performance test in order to obtain their certification. It is recommended that all students prepare in advance for this physical test, as physical preparedness is a prerequisite to attendance.

* Certification lecture and materials are conducted in English.

* Written test is administered in English and must be completed within two weeks of attending certification program.

* Certification is valid for three (3) years for each level.

* Advancement through levels is dependent on valid certification of previous level, Specialist excluded.

* Certificates are mailed out following successful completion of the course.

* To maintain BBS status, it is required that you re-certify every 3 years. For re-certification, the charge is $300 USD and includes testing.

* If you choose to attend an IBBC course as a review, the cost is $150USD. Please note, a review within the 3-year period does not count as a re-certification.

* Successful completion of all levels requires proficiency in client assessment, program design, and professionalism.
