Study thoroughly before attending this course.
The BBI/BBS is a highly demanding course, both mentally and physically. Do NOT take your preparation lightly.
You will have to meet the following criteria in order to successfully earn your certification:
- Pass the Physical Performance test (Spin Test)
- Demonstrate effective coaching skills (see check list)
- Pass the technique evaluation section with 85% efficiently or better
- Pass the written test with a 80% or better
- Exhibit safe and efficient technique in the foundation exercises
- Demonstrate good judgment, especially concerning safety
Your BBI/BBS certificate will be awarded to you only after you have passed the specified requirements. If you fail any of the above, you may retake the course for $150 USD (or equivalent) and be retested within one year for the conclusion of the certification you attended.
If you have exhibited minor technique flaws or were close to meeting the requirements, your Instructors have the discretion to make alternative retesting arrangements that do not require you to retake the course, but must be completed within three months of the completion of the course you attended.
