Part 3: Program Design/Coaching
This part of the student evaluation will be assessing the students’ ability to effectively write a basic exercise program and lead the other students through the program that was designed. The following criteria will be assessed:
Written Program
- Written presentation
- Attention to detail in program
- Legible
- Followed instructions for assignment
- Handed in assignment
Instructional Skills
- Session Control
- Session Organization
- Visual Instruction (demonstrations)
- Verbal Instruction
- Voice Projection and Control
- Instructors Confidence
- Ability to Motivate
Technique Correction/Cuing
- Word Selection
- Cue individuals while controlling group
- Correct most important problems
