PTA Global, Educational Advisors
PTA Global is one of the most respected international certifying and governing bodies for fitness professionals. Their core leadership team is comprised of a group of globally respected industry leaders, including Rodney Corn, Michol Dalcort, Bobby Capucio, Ian Odywer, Scott Hopson, and Richard Boyd. They provide guidance to the IBBC, as well as content, ensuring cutting edge education based in research, science, and industry standards.

Norbert Hörr, European Advisor
Norbert is the IBBC’s European Product Distribution Advisor and is the IBBC’s key European resource. He is the owner of Foeldeak Professional Sports Equipment, based in Geretsried, Germany which provides high quality equipment to many of the top sporting events in the world. Look for the Foeldeak logo next time you watch a top athletic competition, including the Olympics. Norbert has also attended the BBS Certification and understands the need for education behind the ingenuity of the Bulgarian Bag. After many hours of hands-on application, Norbert’s new saying is, “I’m a business man, damn-it, not an Olympian!”
David Weck, Functional Training Advisor
David Weck is the IBBC’s Functional Training Advisor. He is the CEO, founder, and inventor of BOSU Fitness. His innovative tools promote ambidexterity and stimulate better balance and flow within the body/brain to enhance athletic performance.
Damion Valletta, DO, Orthopedic Sports Medicine Advisor
Dr. Valletta is the Orthopedic Sports Medicine advisor to the IBBC andprovides guidance regarding sports medicine and injury prevention for our athletes and teachers. He is a native of San Diego, CA, and completed his undergraduate work at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. While at Pepperdine, he completed research in the Department of Sports Medicine prior to graduating with honors with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Medicine. He received his doctoral degree in osteopathic medicine from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa and subsequently completed an internship and orthopedic surgical residency at St Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. He then completed an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania while concurrently performing research in sport-related shoulder and knee disorders. Dr. Valletta also travels internationally as a team physician for the United States Soccer Federation and serves as a team physician for high schools and universities in the San Diego area.
Daisy Lee, Qi Gong Advisor
Daisy Lee is the Qi Gong advisor to the IBBC and provides guidance for our athletes and teachers in achieving a vibrant lifestyle that empowers them to support their own well-being and that of their families and communities. She is certified as an Advanced Qigong Instructor and Clinical Practitioner by the National Qigong Association of America, as well as being a US board member on the International Qigong Science Association in Beijing. She has studied and taught Qigong for the past 15 years and leads annual Qigong study and healing tours to China.
Leticia Ribeiro, Jiu Jitsu Advisor
Leticia Ribeiro is the Jiu Jitsu advisor to the IBBC and provides guidance in working with world class Jiu Jitsu and Martial Arts athletes. She is one of the top female Jiu Jitsu competitors in the world. She is a multiple time World Champion as a black belt in both Gi and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, recently winning the 2008 No-Gi Jiu Jitsu World Championships and 2009 Gi Jiu Jitsu World Championships. A featherweight (under 141.0 lbs or -64 kg), she is considered one of the most technical instructors alive and is a 2nd degree black belt under Royler Gracie, having trained with him for over 14 years.
