In order to truly understand the benefits of training with the Bulgarian Bag, full comprehension can only be gained through education and understanding the “Why’s” and “How’s” behind the biomechanical benefits of this innovative, movement-based tool. As the fitness industry progresses toward more integrative and functional training, the IBBC will continue to support this methodology as the driving force behind our innovative methods.
