Ed has been involved in fitness and martial arts from a very young age and has always loved training. When he came across the Bulgarian Bag he was amazed that one piece of equipment could do so much. Ed is a very highly motivated Personal Trainer and Coach and has used the Bulgarian Bag to train both athletes and clients from the general population. All have experienced an array of benefits from using this multifaceted tool.
