“Everyone has limits but not everyone accepts them!”
From an early age I have always practiced sports with enthusiasm and curiosity. The same curiosity that made me try new kinds of sports and training techniques, helped me discover the Bulgarian Bag.
I have always practiced water sports like windsurfing, wakeboarding, surfing, kite surfing, and stand up paddleboard. In late 2009 I approached the method of functional training and I revolutionized my workouts completely. The turning point for my training was discovering the Kettlebell in January 2010, then meeting Ivan Ivanov later that year, culminating in December when I attended the San Diego BBS certification with Steve Nave.
Exercise should be seen as a tribute to the heart, and to enjoy the glow of good health you must always exercise with dedication and perseverance. I have a lot of respect for those who have goals and try there hardest to achieve them, in sports as in life. After all that, does life have meaning if you do not have goals?
Currently I am working with my association in Italy, Boot Camp Experience (www.bootcampvieste.it) to help those who want to achieve goals in fitness, from the more active sport enthusiast to the person who simply wants to feel good and look good. One of my more ambitious projects is the creation of the “House of Pain,” opening in May 2011. It is a fully equipped beach area for functional training, combat training, and military training techniques.
