Stephen, I have watched your videos on You Tube and really became interested in the Bulgarian Bag. I made some and started working out following your videos. I have made some serious gains in strength and loss of fat. Thanks for the inspiration

The physical preparation is huge! It’s paramount! If you don’t do the physical preparation, unless you’re a nature or a physical dynamo, I don’t think you could do it.
