I am dedicated to helping you reach your strength and conditioning goals and improving your performance. As a coach and movement professional, I understand the challenges you face trying to fit fitness into your busy lifestyle. It can be difficult to implement a training protocol when trying to do it alone without a strategic plan or partner. Having a coach to guide you through challenging workouts and hold you accountable makes it possible to achieve your goals and attain success. I offer a variety of options all are customizable to meet your objectives.

I offer 1-on-1 strength and conditioning coaching at Competitive Performance Strategies / Suples Gym, located in the Worlds Gym Building in Pacific Beach and offer various packages to choose from. From world-class, professional athletes using my customized strength and conditioning programs to keep them at the top of their ranks, to weekend warriors ready to take it to the next level, I work closely with you to assess your objectives and develop a program to reach your goals. My training methods incorporate traditional strength training, coupled with the powerful benefits of the Bulgarian Bag and other outstanding Suples training tools. This location is no joke, World Gym is a serious place to train, and many of the people who train here are champions in their fields. Surrounding yourself with attitudes of success breeds success!
